5 Causes of Frequent Wake Up in Tired Conditions

Causes of fatigue when you wake up

This condition called sleep inertia will disappear by itself after 30-45 minutes. Each has its own uniqueness in dealing with sleep inertia. Therefore pay close attention to the hours of sleep so you don't have to wake up because of an alarm. If you can get up on your own, dizziness and fatigue will not occur.

2.     Exposure to blue light

In this world there are two types of people seen from the condition of their room lights. Some cannot sleep and feel tight when the lights are turned off. However, there are also those who can only sleep if the lights are off. If you can sleep when the lights are off, it means you won't experience this problem. However, if the opposite is the chance to wake up in a tired condition will be great.

  • Avoid staying up late or the like if it's not needed. In one day we have to sleep at least 7 hours. If you stay up until after midnight, the possibility of a decrease in sleep hours will be large. The impact, you will often experience fatigue waking up.
  • Avoid consuming coffee or drinks with other caffeine content too much before going to bed. Usually this coffee consumption limit is around 4-5 hours before bedtime. If you sleep at 10:00 p.m., try not to drink coffee after more than 6:00 p.m. If you want to drink coffee, try the decaf type.
  • Don't eat more from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. every night. If you eat at 9:00 p.m. and go to bed afterwards, the digestion will experience interference.
